Growth Marketing Manager

WeGym is building the future of fitness equipment and education by designing products and experiences that prioritize women while welcoming everyone into strength spaces. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and execution.

Role Description

This role will own our digital marketing ecosystem, from paid ads to lifecycle marketing, while also bringing creative polish to our campaigns. You’ll work hands-on across Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and light design tools like Adobe Express to make sure every touchpoint is on-brand, compelling, and optimized for conversion.

ResponsibilitiesPaid Media

• Launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.
• Continuously test audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies to achieve ROAS targets.
• Launch and manage paid campaigns on retail sites
• Collaborate with creative team on ad design and messaging.

Ecommerce & Site Optimization

• Manage on-site promotions, banners, and content updates within Shopify.
• Monitor customer experience and provide recommendations to improve conversion.
• Track and report on funnel metrics, product performance, and UX trends.

Analytics & Reporting

• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports across channels.
• Analyze customer journey data and make recommendations for growth.
• Build dashboards to visualize KPIs for leadership review.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in growth/performance marketing, ideally in ecommerce/DTC.
• Proficiency with Shopify, Google Ads & Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
• Excellent project management and cross-team communication skills.
