Senior Brand Manager
Job Description
Posted on: February 4, 2026
Our client, a fast-scaling fintech business is looking for a Senior Brand Specialist who is part brand-campaigner and part systems-builder. This isn't about maintaining a brand; it’s about architecting a new category. In an industry that hasn’t changed in 30 years, you will be responsible for making the world fall in love with a decentralised, direct model of commerce. You will push the brand into the mainstream with "bite" and ambition, challenging the status quo and shaping how modern economics are understood.
The Role
This is a high-impact, creative-strategic hybrid role. You will work alongside a world-class Creative Director and Growth leadership to ensure the brand is visually unmistakable and narratively unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Category Design: Drive brand reputation by creating bold, "POV-led" campaigns and cultural moments that challenge the old guard.
- Modern Distribution: Use LLMs, automation, and creator collaborations to scale the company’s voice faster and further than traditional teams.
- Brand Systems: Build lightweight, scalable frameworks (and AI-ready scaffolding) so the rest of the org can create on-brand content at high velocity.
- Narrative Craft: Write and shape flagship content—from campaign scripts to long-form POV pieces—that turn abstract technical concepts into a compelling movement.
- Strategic Partnerships: Curate the events, partnerships, and creator ecosystems that give the brand global relevance.
Who You Are:
- The Challenger: You have a track record of building or activating ambitious challenger brands in complex B2B, Fintech, or Marketplace sectors.
- The Writer: You are an exceptional storyteller with a sharp, conviction-led writing style.
- The AI-Adopter: You don’t fear AI; you use LLMs and automation as a "force multiplier" for brand creation and distribution.
- The Architect: You love turning abstract ideas into repeatable frameworks that unlock speed for the whole company.
Location & Workplace Policy
- Central London
- Remote first, flexible working hours and no internal meetings on Friday afternoons
Salary & Benefits
- £70,000 - £80,000 per annum plus share options
- 26 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (which you can swap for more meaningful days if you wish), pension, £1,200 per year for your remote set-up, £150 per month for wellbeing
