Lumira are exclusively partnering with a high-growth digital mental health company in the U.S. to appoint a Director of Marketing.
Working closely with Product, Growth, and Clinical leadership, this individual will define and scale the company’s marketing strategy as the organisation continues its rapid expansion.
This is a critical leadership role focused on building a high-performing marketing function that drives brand awareness, patient acquisition, and engagement, while clearly communicating the company’s differentiated, technology-enabled care model.
Role Overview:
This leader will own the end-to-end marketing strategy across both B2C and B2B channels, shaping the company’s position in an increasingly competitive mental health landscape. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, execution, and data-driven decision making to accelerate growth.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Clinical, and Leadership teams to develop campaigns, optimise acquisition funnels, and build a trusted, mission-led brand.
What you will do:
- Define and lead the marketing strategy, aligned with growth objectives and business goals
- Build and scale multi-channel acquisition across digital, paid, organic, and partnerships
- Own brand positioning and messaging across patients, employers, and payers
- Partner with Product and Growth to optimise the end-to-end user journey
- Use data and analytics to drive performance and optimise ROI
- Develop content that educates, engages, and builds trust in a regulated environment
- Ensure marketing aligns with clinical and compliance standards
- Build and lead a high-performing team
- Bring customer and market insights into product and growth strategy
What we are looking for:
- Senior marketing leadership experience in digital health, healthcare, or high-growth tech
- Strong track record in performance marketing and brand building
- Experience marketing regulated products with an understanding of compliance
- Deep knowledge of acquisition channels, funnel optimisation, and lifecycle marketing
- Data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into action
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Leadership teams
- Passion for improving access to high-quality mental health care and building trusted brands
