We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Campaign Manager to join our Europe marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition, retention, and referral growth. You will leverage data insights and growth strategies to drive Binance’s product adoption and user engagement across the region. Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for user acquisition, retention, and referral programs aligned with regional business objectives.
  • Develop and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns to maximize user activation, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Implement strategies based on segmentation, personalization, and automated user journeys.
  • Analyze campaign data and user behavior to make data-driven decisions and improve campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization methodologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with product, content, and operations teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.
  • Report KPIs and campaign results, proposing continuous improvements.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, growth hacking techniques, and the crypto ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or campaign management roles.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in user behavior analysis and retention strategies.
  • Proven experience executing lifecycle and acquisition campaigns.
  • Knowledge of segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong results orientation.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Genuine interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and fintech.
