The Product Owner is responsible for executing the product strategy by managing and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure that the development team delivers maximum value in alignment with the company’s vision. Acting as a key interface between the Product Manager and the development team, the Product Owner ensures clear communication, detailed documentation, and seamless execution of product requirements.

Backlog Management
- Maintain feature backlog, ensuring alignment with the Product Manager's strategic vision.
- Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria based on product requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine backlog items and ensure they are ready for development.
- Continuously groom and adjust the features to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Requirement Execution
- Transform high-level product requirements into detailed specifications and tasks.
- Act as the voice of the customer during the development process, ensuring user needs are met.
- Work with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and address any ambiguities.
- Ensure development work aligns with defined acceptance criteria and is delivered with quality.
- Incorporate multilingual and localization needs into requirements, ensuring translations align with user expectations and business goals.
Translation Management and Content Consistency
- Oversee the translation and localization of product-related content, ensuring consistency across all language versions.
- Manage translation keys and ensure they are accurately updated and maintained within the product.
- Develop and maintain content guidelines for translations to ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding.
- Regularly audit and review translated content for accuracy, cultural relevance, and adherence to brand standards.
Development Plan Management
- Plan and manage development activities in collaboration with the Delivery Manager.
- Participate in planning sessions to define objectives and workload for each iteration.
Stakeholder Communication
- Enact cooperation between the development team, Product Manager, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to align translation and localization goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Quality Assurance and Testing
- Work closely with QA teams to validate that delivered features meet defined requirements.
- Identify and prioritize bugs and issues, managing them effectively within the backlog.
Content Strategy
- Implement and manage content across the platform, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to execute aligned content strategies.
Localization
- Oversee translations and customizations for diverse user bases, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and cultural nuances.
User Experience
- Work with UX/UI designers to integrate content seamlessly into the platform’s interface.
- Optimize menus, navigation, and search features for improved discoverability and usability.
Optimization
- Use analytics to monitor content performance, user engagement, and feature usability, implementing iterative improvements.
⚡ All you need is…
- 1+ years of experience in a product-related role (Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar).
- Proven experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong understanding of backlog management and user story writing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with product development tools like Jira, Confluence, or Monday.
Nice to have
- Experience in the iGaming industry or other technology-driven sectors.
- Basic technical understanding of software development processes.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner.
