We've partnered with a high-growth consumer brand and they're looking for a Director of Growth to own the full growth engine across acquisition, conversion, retention, and offer strategy.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has scaled significant paid media budgets and understands how to drive profitable growth through disciplined testing, analytics, and execution.

This is a MUST HAVE

• Proven DTC growth leadership experience.
• Hands-on Meta expertise with a minimum $700k+ monthly spend for a single brand.
• Experience managing websites with 200k+ monthly users.
• Strong track record in performance marketing, CRO, retention, and revenue optimisation.
• CPG experience marketing physical products, ideally within beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

What You'll Own

• Full P&L ownership across paid media, CRO, retention, and offer architecture.
• Multi-million dollar acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging channels.
• End-to-end conversion optimization across landing pages, checkout, and post-purchase journeys.
• Offer testing, pricing strategy, bundling, and AOV optimisation.
• Product launch strategy and influencer-driven growth campaigns.
• Building scalable growth systems, reporting frameworks, and performance accountability across channels.
