Business Development Representative (BDR) - Remote

Role Overview: As a BDR at Loxo, you will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate information.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a BDR or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hungry & motivated!
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
