About the Role
We’re looking for a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, B2B environment and knows how to turn strategy into action. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role focused on driving organic growth through thoughtful content, smart SEO, and strong alignment with leadership and cross-functional teams.
The right candidate doesn’t wait for instructions, they bring the ideas, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver results. You’ll collaborate directly with company leadership and our social media manager to shape and execute marketing initiatives that generate leads and elevate brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities📈 Strategic Planning & Execution
- Own the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives focused on organic growth
- Proactively drive and manage campaigns that support lead generation, brand awareness, and partner engagement
- Work directly with company leadership to identify priorities, report on results, and continuously optimize strategies
- Ensure tight coordination with our social media manager for consistent messaging and audience alignment
🔍 Organic SEO & Website Optimization
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to inform content strategy and improve organic visibility
- Optimize website structure, on-page content, and metadata to enhance search rankings
- Identify and pursue backlink opportunities to build domain authority
- Regularly analyze SEO performance and provide actionable insights for improvement
📝 Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop compelling, SEO-optimized content across web pages, blogs, and campaign assets
- Tailor content for different stages of the B2B funnel, from awareness to conversion
- Maintain a content calendar with consistent output and clear goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content supports business development and partner success teams
📊 Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor traffic, engagement, lead quality, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Provide leadership with clear, data-backed performance updates and recommendations
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met consistently
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on organic growth and SEO
- Proven B2B marketing experience ideally in fintech, SaaS, financial services, or partnerships-driven business models
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive, comfortable managing up and setting direction
- Skilled in keyword strategy, content planning, technical SEO, and on-site optimization
- Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
