Act Now. Not in a Minute.We’re Adenydd, a small Welsh charity aiming to deliver mighty change when it comes to childhood and developmental trauma. Our projects help support families and communities in South Wales. By training parents, teachers and professionals we are empowering those around children to help them heal.

We’re looking for a Volunteer SEO Specialist to help us boost our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and inform blog content that builds trust with those who need us most.

You’ll be working alongside our Marketing Coordinator, Google Ads Specialist, and Content Writer—helping shape a website and content strategy that helps us reach more people.

What you’ll do

• Audit our current website (built with ONE.com’s website builder) and identify key SEO opportunities

• Carry out keyword research and guide the blog writing process

• Optimise on-page elements: headings, meta descriptions, alt text, internal linking

• Suggest improvements for structure, content, and accessibility

• Help us track and understand traffic with tools like Google Search Console and GA4

• Make SEO simple, strategic, and aligned with our message

Who you are

• Passionate about using your digital skills for social impact

• Familiar with SEO fundamentals and willing to learn more as needed

• Comfortable working independently, yet happy to collaborate

• A confident communicator, able to translate SEO insights into clear next steps

• Ideally experienced with small organisations, basic CMS tools, and Google’s SEO ecosystem

• Bonus if you’ve worked with or around ONE.com websites!
