Lifetime Stress Relief is hiring! We are looking for another detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us increase our capacity for new clients. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail (spelling errors are my #1 weakness lol), enthusiasm for assisting business owners, experience with systems development and project management, and a desire to perform excellent work.

Requirements for this position:
- Applicant must be located in the United States.
- Able to communicate clearly, professionally, and politely.
- Comfortable with handling client meetings on your own.
- Able to take complex requests from Clients and organize them into projects and subtasks with set deadlines.
- Able to keep track of verbal to-dos, and put them into our project management system, Asana.
- Great time management - able to get things done on time, and also plan out different projects between different clients all on one timeline.
- Extreme attention to detail - this is where we make or break the trust our clients have in us.
- Experience with google suite. (Gmail, google drive, docs, sheets.)
- Experience using a project management system (Asana, Click up, Monday.com etc,) A course management system (Kajabi, Learnworlds, Zenler, Thinkific, Dubsado, etc.)
- Experience using website building platforms like Square, wordpress, wix, squarespace, GoDaddy, etc.
- Fast/Usable internet.
- A professional/clean space to take client calls without distractions.
Tasks that you may be doing on a day-to-day basis:
- Email management - Checking each client’s email multiple times throughout the day and sorting emails.
- Calendar management
- Designing graphics using Canva
- Client zoom meetings.
- Spell/grammar checking all the things - dates, amounts, name spelling, etc. This is where we really make or break our clients’ trust in us.
- Doing research (Example: Finding 3 Social Media Managers for a client, looking for the best flights, finding Halloween costumes etc.) and recommending the best option.
- Making appointments and reservations for clients - dinners, dance classes, doctor’s appointments, etc.
- Project Management tasks and following up on projects to ensure they are moving forward - This is one of our core business philosophies.
- Support in creating SOPs and new systems - we are ALWAYS updating our SOPs as systems change and evolve.
- Personal assistance tasks like finding dogsitters, ordering birthday gifts, returning items online, etc.
Bonus points for (but not required) a candidate who has experience in:
- Course creation and support
- Marketing knowledge (Understanding a high-level funnel, email marketing, social media marketing, and ideal client avatars.)
- Business knowledge about common sales, marketing, and delivery practices.
This position will be a contract 1099 position, with the opportunity to hire on as an employee after 3 months if requirements are met based on performance, culture, and fit. Payment will be made monthly. We will have a monthly project rate based off $20/hour for each client or project.
The new team member will be starting at 2-15 hours/week for the first 3-4 months, with the opportunity to increase your workload.
