What you will do
- Implement existing and new sourcing methods
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Promote employer brand
- Promote the business in specific markets
- Set and achieve quarterly plans
- Develop and execute online marketing initiatives to attract target audiences
- Collect data for insights and take action on these
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of opportunity
- Work closely with the leadership team to maximise opportunities
- Provide support, coaching and subject matter expertise to team members
- Interview prospects
- Engage with ongoing training and professional development
What you will not do

- Pressure selling
What we ask for
- Laptop, phone and Wi-Fi
- 15+ hours / week minimum
- Good written and spoken English (second language a bonus).
- Professional & personable approach
