Strategist (Qualitative Research)Remote: Must live on East Coast, NYC Metro Area Highly PreferredMust be eligible to work in the U.S and have a valid passport; some travel required.Role Overview

The Strategist of Qualitative Research plays a key role in uncovering deep human and cultural insights that inform business strategy. This position leads qualitative research projects from design through delivery, helping clients understand the motivations that drive behavior and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Manage qualitative research projects end-to-end, including setup, discussion guide development, moderation, analysis, and presentation.
  • Insight Development: Identify and articulate meaningful cultural and behavioral insights that shape strategic recommendations.
  • Client Management: Serve as a trusted client partner, ensuring clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and timely deliverables.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to maintain quality, alignment, and efficiency across all project phases.
  • Business Development: Support proposal writing, present capabilities, and identify organic growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in social sciences, business, marketing, or related field. Advanced Degree Preferred.
  • Experience: 5–10 years in qualitative research, strategy, or related consulting roles.
  • Pharmaceutical or Pharmaceutical Adjacent experience highly preferred.
  • Agency experience is a huge plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical thinking, writing, and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Languages: Advanced English fluency required
