Role Overview

We are looking for a Polish-speaking Social Media Outreach & Community Specialist to help us grow our presence in Poland. This role focuses on finding relevant Facebook and WhatsApp groups, establishing relationships with group owners/admins, and managing the growing community of Polish users joining Lexi Teach.

What you will do

• Identify active Facebook and WhatsApp groups in Poland related to parenting, education, and language learning.
• Contact group admins, negotiate posting opportunities (paid or free), and maintain long-term relationships.
• Publish or coordinate promotional posts about Lexi Teach in approved groups.
• Manage our local WhatsApp community: welcome new members, answer questions, guide parents, and provide friendly support.
• Monitor social media comments and respond quickly and professionally.
• Share insights with our marketing team and suggest new outreach opportunities.

Requirements

• Fluent Polish speaker, preferably living in Poland
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Facebook groups, online communities, or digital outreach.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable with guerrilla-style marketing.
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple conversations.
• Interest in education, parenting communities, or EdTech is a plus.
