Role Overview The Social Media Reputation Manager will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and improving Unifin's online presence across review platforms, social media channels, and forums. This role ensures our brand voice is consistent, professional, and compliant with industry regulations, while strengthening our reputation through timely and thoughtful engagement. Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in online reputation management, social media, digital marketing, or community management.
- Exceptional English writing and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience using monitoring/ORM tools (Sprout Social, Brand watch, Reputation.com, Meltwater, or similar).
- Familiarity with U.S. business culture and professionalism in communication.
- (Preferred but not required) Experience in financial services, collections, or other regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms such as Google, BBB, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Yelp, etc.
- Track and engage with relevant conversations on Reddit, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Draft professional, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses to both positive and negative reviews.
- Escalate sensitive or compliance-related issues to internal leadership before responding.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on online sentiment, trends, and competitor activity.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure messaging aligns with compliance standards (FDCPA, Reg F,etc.).
- Develop processes to ensure timely responses and continuous monitoring.
