The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department and drive digital growth with strategy, data, and execution. You’ll manage a talented team, own campaign performance, and work closely with company leadership to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI.
This is a leadership role—but also hands-on. You’ll build campaigns, analyze performance data, and leverage modern tools and AI to optimize everything. We’re not using HubSpot—so you must be fluent in platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and the latest AI tools to scale content, performance, and workflows.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and manage our internal marketing team and external resources
- Design and execute digital marketing strategies across paid, organic, and social
- Own and optimize key platforms: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and more
- Use AI tools to scale campaign creation, content generation, analysis, and reporting
- Build, test, and refine conversion funnels across channels
- Develop and execute our content and ad strategy: copy, visuals, offers, and more
- Manage marketing KPIs: CAC, lead volume, conversion rate, ROI
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with company goals
- Move fast, test ideas, and scale what works

Requirements
- 4+ years in digital marketing roles, including 2+ years in a management position
- Experience managing high-performing teams and freelancers
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Surfer SEO, etc.)
- Strong copywriting and funnel-building capabilities
- Ability to plan and execute campaigns that drive leads and revenue
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in remote or fast-paced environments preferred
