Role Specifications Job Title: Paid Search Specialist Remit: Incubeta DACH Location: Munich/Berlin (remote possible) INCUBETA is looking to strengthen our DACH team. As an experienced agency for tech reselling and digital marketing with 24 locations and over 900 employees, we develop customized solutions for more than 1200 customers worldwide. As a Paid Search Specialist (m,f,d), you will play a key role in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns for our clients. Your expertise in search advertising will ensure that campaigns are strategically planned, efficiently executed, and continuously improved to deliver measurable results. Your Core Tasks
- Campaign management: Plan, set up, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and other platforms (Search, Shopping, Display).
Keyword strategy: Conduct ongoing keyword research and optimization to maximize campaign reach and relevance.
- Performance analysis: Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve client goals.
- Budget optimization: Manage and optimize campaign budgets to deliver cost efficiency and performance.
- A/B testing & optimization: Test ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Client communication: Act as a reliable partner for clients, providing regular updates, transparent reporting, and strategic recommendations.
- Market & competitor analysis: Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platforms, and competitors to identify growth opportunities
- Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, account management, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital marketing solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in paid search / performance marketing
- Proven track record in setting up, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console
- Familiarity with remarketing, shopping campaigns, and audience targeting strategies
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
- Team player who actively shares knowledge and contributes to collaborative success
- Language skills: German (native or fluent) and very good English are required
- Google Ads certifications are a plus
