CTG is seeking to fill a Marketing Operations Specialist opening for our client in Texas.Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Duties

  • Drive client collaborations and execute digital marketing initiatives across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in designing campaign journeys, selecting criteria, determining the channel mix, and setting up reporting structures.
  • Ensure campaign execution aligns with best practices for marketing automation and creative standards.
  • Partner with Client Service Delivery teams to maintain Direct Marketing methodologies.
  • Establish and document quality procedures to ensure efficient and accurate campaign delivery.
  • Support wrap-up analysis reporting and leverage analytics to propose new ideas and continuous improvements.
  • Contribute to marketing optimization programs to enhance performance and engagement.

Skills

  • Proficiency in at least one specialized marketing automation tool (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign design, and automation processes.
  • Knowledge of scripting for campaign building and workflow automation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or campaign management.
  • Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Experience with campaign reporting, analytics, and optimization.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
