We're looking for a self-starting Marketing Coordinator to oversee promotional digital campaigns, manage client relations, and play an active role in our social media presence. You'll track and analyze the performance of advertising and social campaigns, ensure third-party promotional materials align with client branding guidelines, and help turn creative ideas into effective campaigns. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, a dedicated work ethic, and an innovative approach to problem-solving. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong, consistent brand across a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

- Manage day-to-day social media activity across platforms — including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting
- Coordinate with clients to gather promotional materials and ensure all content aligns with branding guidelines
- Creatively utilize content to produce enticing, actionable copy across channels
- Develop strategies and tactics to boost company reputation and drive qualified traffic
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email, social, and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
- Partner with sales and production teams to manage client requests
- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives, project metrics, and fresh strategies
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3+ years of professional experience in marketing, including internships and self-started projects
- Proven track record of developing strong, innovative marketing content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with an email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp) — required
- Experience using a social media scheduling tool (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Strong project management skills; experience with a project management tool (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at a fast pace
- Solid decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of basic HTML
- Experience with an ad inventory management system (e.g., Google Ad Manager) is a plus
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite is a plus
