Through our Knook Book Drop campaign, we’re gifting tens of thousands of personalised books to schools across Ireland - powered by businesses who sponsor stories for their communities.

The Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who’s excited by early-stage growth, storytelling, and making things happen. You’ll help scale the Knook Book Drop nationwide by identifying and partnering with local and national businesses that want to do good and get seen.

This is a flexible, part-time, commission-based role - ideal for someone who’s entrepreneurial, driven, and wants to earn directly from their results.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential sponsors (businesses, and brands)

• Build relationships and close sponsorship deals that bring the Book Drop to new schools

• Manage onboarding and ensure every sponsor feels proud to be a Knook Local Super Hero

• Collaborate on creative campaigns and ideas to inspire new partners

• Bonus points if you’ve helped raise sponsorships or build brand partnerships before

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to streamline outreach, create better proposals, and experiment with new ways to connect with businesses.

• Love connecting with people and telling stories that inspire action
