RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Account Operations

  • Challenge, evolve, and scale account strategies while establishing rapid-response "Plan" and emotional recovery strategies during crises or plateaus.
  • Oversee metrics trackers, YTD performance goals, and platform analytics to develop course-correcting action plans for underperforming accounts.
  • Establish $A/B$ testing frameworks to guide strategists and specialists on turning data insights into repeatable content wins.

  • Ensure resonant, authentic storytelling across marketing disciplines while evaluating creative portfolios and content calendars for strategic alignment.

People, Leadership & Culture

  • Lead team growth and developmental coaching through MyPaths and Flowers + Motivators initiatives.
  • Educate and train team members on workflow rollouts, process improvements, and essential tools.
  • Conduct employee evaluations, performance reviews, and creative portfolio assessments.
  • Organize happy hours, events, and weekly "Win Celebrations" to foster strong team connections and maintain a safe space for sharing challenges and learnings.
  • Share performance insights, data-informed metrics, and high-level strategy updates with senior leadership and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience & Expertise

  • Proven experience in social media management, account leadership, and strategic planning across major social networking platforms.
