About the Opportunity:
The SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST will contribute to the Content Studio by managing and creating social media content across multiple B2B client teams. This role focuses on shaping brand and executive presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and X through organic and paid strategies. The position requires turning complex technology topics into engaging social content that aligns with client objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social content and publishing for multiple B2B clients, focusing on LinkedIn and X, and other channels as appropriate
- Collaborate with client teams to select content ideas and formats per channel, and determine paid distribution strategies
- Develop and maintain social content calendars that integrate storytelling, visuals, and production plans
- Create and publish social content including posts, graphics, carousels, and short videos; coordinate with designers and video editors when needed
- Transform announcements, interviews, reports, and executive insights into accurate, on-message social content
- Monitor relevant social conversations, engage appropriately on behalf of clients, and advise on executive participation
- Plan and manage paid social campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn, including audience targeting, budget management, creative testing, and optimization
- Report on organic and paid social performance, communicate findings to clients and internal teams, and apply insights to improve future content
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on social media experience with B2B brands or executives
- Experience managing social content calendars from ideation to publication and performance analysis
- Strong social copywriting skills with examples across different channels and audiences; long-form writing is a plus
- Proficiency in creating social graphics, carousels, and short videos using tools like Canva and CapCut; ability to brief and collaborate with designers and video editors
- Strong storytelling skills to craft compelling social content from various source materials
- Experience running paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, including audience setup, budget control, creative testing, reporting, and optimization
- Ability to measure and report on social performance and recommend improvements
- Proven capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong editorial judgment and visual storytelling sense
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- $70,000 - $80,000 a year
