Job Overview:
As a Social Media Content Marketing Coordinator for LIFT Auto Repair Marketing, we are looking for a proactive, organized, efficient team player who will manage Facebook & Instagram accounts for a growing portfolio of client accounts. You will be responsible for ideating and creating dynamic posts in Canva (primarily), coordinating with our in-house graphic designer on production of graphics and reels, producing captions, scheduling posts, providing edits, coordinating with our internal teams on production and delivery of content calendars and run Meta Ads, when requested, and interpret the data from said results for real actionable insights. Each client’s calendar has set post types, branding and voice. You will be expected to maintain a tight schedule of creating, editing, reviewing and scheduling these posts out for each month. You are the expected go-to person for knowing about the status of onboarding and onboarding a client’s social media package with us. You will have 1 full-time member report directly to you in coordinating all graphics and reels and out of office items. You will report directly to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 50+ clients in the auto repair industry, serving as their main point of contact.
- Develop and implement customized content marketing strategies to meet clients' business goals and help grow their online presence
- Oversee the creation and execution of Meta Ads campaigns, including interpreting the data from them in our internal reporting dashboards
- Monitor and analyze profile performance, across both Instagram and Facebook, providing regular insight reports to clients. This includes providing wins to our Account Management team they can share with clients.
- Collaborate with our internal teams, primarily Account Managers and our student interns, to ensure timely review and approval of content calendars, feedback from clients, request for ads, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with auto repair industry trends and social media best practices to provide strong suggestions to enhance client strategies.
- Join onboarding calls, implement necessary onboarding tasks and carry out deliverables to on or offboard a client from our social media services.
- In conjunction with this, you will be expected to join our kickoff calls to hear directly from the client their goals and expectations and initiate the onboarding process for social media.
- An ability to demonstrate leadership and humility towards coworkers and the ability to take responsibility for your own actions.
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in managing social media profiles in Facebook and Instagram (preferred local B2B marketing)
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite
- Possess strong communication & writing skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Sendible, Google Workspace, AI tools and more
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner – adaptable in fast paced environments
- Proven ability with multitasking and time management
- Ability to analyze data, think critically and creatively, and provide actionable insights
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
