We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts across multiple international markets.
Role Overview
As Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will own the performance marketing strategy end-to-end. You will be responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth through advanced advertising strategies, deep data analysis, and continuous experimentation. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on international expansion and performance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Define, execute, and scale the global performance marketing strategy across multiple paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms).
Own and manage large advertising budgets with a strong focus on ROI, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and scalability.
Lead full-funnel performance strategies, from acquisition to retargeting and retention.
Analyze performance data, attribution models, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies.
Act as the main owner of the Google environment: Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
Collaborate closely with SEO, content, CRO, and product teams to align paid media strategies with organic growth initiatives.
Design and run structured A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, offers, and funnels to improve conversion rates and returns.
Adapt and localize advertising strategies for different international markets, considering cultural, linguistic, and competitive factors.
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in performance and growth marketing.
Deliver clear reporting and insights to stakeholders, translating data into strategic decisions.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing roles.
Experience in e-commerce and digital products.
Proven track record managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns with significant budgets.
Advanced knowledge of major advertising platforms, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of SEO and its integration with paid acquisition strategies.
Deep expertise in the Google ecosystem (GA4, GTM, Search Console).
Solid experience working with international markets and multi-country campaigns.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
High level of ownership, autonomy, and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
Strong background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Experience with advanced tracking, attribution models, and reporting tools.
Hands-on experience using AI in performance marketing, including:
AI-driven creative generation and optimization
Predictive analytics and performance forecasting
Automation of bidding strategies, reporting, and optimization workflows
Familiarity with emerging advertising platforms and growth channels.
