Position Overview
Join a fast-growing integrated marketing organization as a Product Marketing Manager, leading go-to-market campaigns for new and existing products, particularly in financial services and in-app solutions. This highly collaborative role blends hands-on execution with strategic partnership, championing national-scale launches and agile campaign experiments in a dynamic tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, zero-to-one product development efforts for fintech business cases and product initiatives, working cross-functionally.
- Set and own business KPIs; gather insights and develop plans for long-term growth.
- Develop, execute, and report on go-to-market strategies for new product launches, driving adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Manage marketing experiments and agile tests for new offerings, including messaging, content creation, and in-app/email campaigns.
- Collaborate with research teams to execute user studies, analyze data, and identify trends and opportunities.
- Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product and marketing teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional campaign execution; deliver results to leadership and manage weekly business reviews.
- Turn strategic vision and growth goals into measurable, operational plans, partnering across Product, Brand, CRM, Operations, and Analytics teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a Product Marketing Manager in go-to-market roles within high-growth, fast-paced environments (e.g., tech, operations, consulting, banking, strategy).
- Proven ability to drive change, adapt quickly, and thrive in evolving markets.
- Expertise in market research and user experience analysis.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills and marketing experimentation experience.
- Track record of successfully managing complex projects with attention to detail.
- Problem solver able to translate vision and objectives into success metrics and actionable plans.
- Flexible across both strategic and operational responsibilities; experienced working cross-functionally.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities, preferably with experience in digital marketing or sales campaigns.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, passion for technology products with large user bases, and excellent communication skills.
