We’re looking for a detail-driven, analytical Pendo Data Analyst to manage, maintain, and optimize our existing Pendo environment. This role will work within already established data capabilities while ensuring data integrity, generating meaningful insights, and helping teams make smarter decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage existing data structures, dashboards, and reports within Pendo
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and overall data health
• Analyze user behavior, product engagement, and performance metrics to generate actionable insights
• Create and refine dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making
• Organize and manage folders, tagging structures, and data taxonomies
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and platform utilization
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and continuously optimize the platform

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working in Pendo (required)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills, including structured folder and data management
• Ability to clearly communicate insights to stakeholders
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and does not require micromanagement
• Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment
