Working closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations, you will ensure alignment and execution of key growth priorities. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on program leadership in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, generate actionable insights, and help define how revenue strategies are executed at scale. • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) revenue strategies to accelerate growth across key customer segments and sales motions
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of GTM initiatives, including design, prioritization, execution, and performance tracking
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities
• Analyze GTM performance data to generate insights and optimize revenue programs and sales effectiveness
• Drive cross-functional revenue acceleration initiatives by solving complex strategic and operational challenges
• Manage and maintain an agile execution roadmap aligned with GTM priorities and business objectives
• Build strong partnerships with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations
• Monitor program performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in SaaS strategy, revenue operations, management consulting, or related roles
• Proven experience designing and executing GTM strategies, sales plays, or revenue growth programs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
• Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations is highly desirable
