What you'll actually do:
- Develop creative concepts for Meta Ads that move real money.
- Turn performance data into hypotheses, test them, and iterate fast.
- Write hooks, scripts, and briefs that editors can actually execute.
- Research competitors, trends, and customer psychology across multiple niches.
- Shape creative strategy across the full customer journey — not just the top of funnel.
What we're looking for:
- 1–3+ years in Creative Strategy, Copywriting, or Paid Social.
- Real understanding of DTC e-commerce and performance advertising.
- Strong English — written and spoken, non-negotiable.
- Someone who reads data like a strategist and writes like a human.
- Proactive, fast, and genuinely hungry to improve.
