Kamlin Careers is proud to be partnering with a highly respected Tier 1 iGaming company currently looking for a truly exceptional profile to take ownership of their CRM – and potentially grow into the CMO seat.

This is not your average role. We’re looking for someone who combines strong strategic skills, hands-on leadership, and real grit. The kind of person who walks in, assesses the landscape, and immediately starts shaping processes, people, and performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Take full ownership of CRM across all markets
• Define and drive CRM strategy, including segmentation, automation, and retention flows
• Lead and support the CRM team to ensure best-in-class execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, BI, and Marketing
• Identify gaps, optimise systems, and scale performance
• Prepare to step into broader marketing leadership responsibilities over time

Who You Are:

• A proven CRM leader with solid iGaming experience
• Comfortable managing stakeholders, teams, and multi-market operations
• Obsessed with structure, customer journeys, and measurable results
• Not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• A natural leader who inspires trust and action
• Fluent in English
