Are you an experienced Offline Media Manager looking for a flexible, part-time role where you can make a real impact? We’re looking for someone who’s confident managing client relationships while also getting hands-on with media planning and buying.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for a small portfolio of clients — keeping campaigns running smoothly, solving challenges, and ensuring everything is delivered to a high standard. You’ll be responsible for offline media planning and buying, using your experience to make smart, effective decisions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the main point of contact for a handful of existing clients.
- Managing offline media campaigns from planning through to delivery.
- Building strong, trusted client relationships.
- Using tools like Astrid or BCC (a bonus if you have them, but not essential).
- Working remotely with the freedom to manage your time effectively.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in offline media planning and buying in an Agency environment
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with great attention to detail.
- Someone who thrives working flexibly and independently.
