In this role, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution, designing and managing high-performance digital marketing systems across multiple channels. You will combine deep expertise in a specialized marketing domain with a broad understanding of the full marketing stack, enabling you to lead initiatives that drive measurable growth. Working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, you will leverage AI and automation to optimize campaigns, improve performance metrics, and mentor team members. The role demands strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a relentless focus on ROI and client success. You will collaborate across teams to execute end-to-end campaigns while owning outcomes and driving innovation. Accountabilities
- Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel, full-funnel marketing systems to achieve high-impact results
- Leverage AI tools and automation to increase efficiency, scale performance, and enhance output quality
- Lead performance strategy with a focus on ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPL, and conversion optimization
- Execute campaigns in your area of specialization at an elite level while supporting generalist tasks across the marketing stack
- Drive creative testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making
- Mentor colleagues, present strategic insights, and provide performance recommendations to leadership and clients
- Maintain expertise in emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve processes and outcomes
Requirements
- 3-8+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing with proven expertise in a deep specialization (e.g., copywriting, funnel building, media buying, video editing, or graphic design)
- Strong generalist skills across the marketing stack, including copywriting, funnel platforms (Framer, ClickFunnels, Webflow), analytics, tracking (GTM, GA), and automation tools (Zapier, n8n)
- Data-driven, analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics and make strategic decisions
- Proficient in AI-assisted marketing workflows, leveraging technology to scale and enhance results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex strategies into actionable insights
- High ownership, resilience under pressure, and a results-oriented, “antifragile” mindset
- Strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to finishing initiatives
- English fluency required; additional language skills are a plus
