Job Description

We're a small, fully remote digital agency looking for someone who combines sharp strategic thinking with strong operational execution — and genuinely enjoys doing both.

As our Digital Strategist & Operations Manager, you'll shape web experiences from the ground up — defining content flow, messaging strategy, and user journeys — while also owning the operational side of keeping projects organized, teams coordinated, and clients informed. You'll also bring a marketing lens to client work, identifying positioning opportunities, conversion improvements, and growth angles across web and eCommerce projects.

This role is perfect for someone equally confident sketching a wireframe as they are running a client call, following up with a contractor, or spotting a project bottleneck before it becomes a problem. If you thrive in a lean, fast-moving team and take full ownership of your work, we want to hear from you.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Strategy & UX

  • Develop content-first strategies and UX wireframes for websites and landing pages based on client goals and user behavior.
  • Plan messaging hierarchies, user journeys, and content flow across key web pages.
  • Write and refine copy for websites, landing pages, and key digital touchpoints.
  • Develop CRO-driven recommendations to improve positioning, messaging, and conversion across client projects.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and copywriters to bring ideas to life.

Operational Management

  • Own internal project organization, status tracking, timelines, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and support contractors and freelancers (onboarding, timesheets, availability).
  • Ensure quality assurance before launches — checking layout, copy, responsiveness, and functionality.
  • Assist in reviewing and managing contracts and basic legal documents.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and the internal team to keep projects moving.
  • Jump into whatever's needed — whether it's content input, scheduling meetings, or unblocking project roadblocks.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, UX, digital marketing, or web-related roles.
  • Ability to create page wireframes and define content structures with business and user goals in mind.
  • Experience managing projects and coordinating distributed teams in a remote environment.
  • Strong ownership mentality — you take initiative and solve problems before they escalate.
  • Excellent communication skills; confident leading client conversations with US-based clients.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with tools like Figma, Notion, Google Docs, and project management platforms.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Webflow, Shopify, or WordPress, and/or basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Bonus: Experience in operations or project coordination in a small agency or creative team.

Nice to Have (but Not Required)

  • Outstanding UX, content, and marketing strategy skills can offset other missing experience.
  • Agency background is a big plus.
