- Own and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy spanning content marketing, SEO/AEO, and conversion rate optimization
- Develop and manage a rolling content roadmap aligned with go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and sales cycles
- Build and scale a high-performing content engine, including long-form articles, case studies, webinars, and multi-channel assets
- Lead SEO and Answer Engine Optimization efforts, improving non-branded traffic, search visibility, and AI-driven discovery
- Continuously optimize website performance and inbound conversion paths through A/B testing and data-driven experimentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to align messaging and maximize pipeline impact
- Oversee webinar and video programs from concept to distribution, ensuring each initiative generates measurable business outcomes
- Drive social media strategy and community engagement, particularly on key platforms influencing brand perception and discovery
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in inbound, content, or growth marketing, including at least 5 years in B2B SaaS environments
- Proven ability to build and scale organic growth programs that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue
- Strong expertise in SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO practices
- Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing and funnel performance analysis
- Familiarity with AI-driven search and Answer Engine Optimization, with a practical understanding of how content is surfaced by LLMs
- Experience producing and managing webinars and video content end-to-end
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for business audiences
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
- Experience working within complex B2B sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes
