Working closely with sales and marketing teams, you will help convert market interest into qualified opportunities while ensuring smooth lead handoffs to account executives. - Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social media to engage potential customers and introduce solutions.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and coordinate seamless handoffs to account executives and business development managers.
- Support marketing campaigns by executing timely follow-ups and structured outreach cadences.
- Identify customer needs, handle objections, and uncover new sales opportunities through consultative conversations.
- Collaborate with sales stakeholders to prioritize accounts and optimize lead routing and engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead management using CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Leverage sales technologies to personalize outreach and improve conversion effectiveness.
- Consistently meet and exceed defined KPIs and performance targets while sharing best practices with the team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SDR, sales development, or AE handoff roles, preferably in SaaS, technology, or digital sales environments.
- Experience in payments, incentives, loyalty, or financial technology sectors is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Gong.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Strong results orientation, persistence, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional sales and marketing teams.
- Comfortable using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
