Email Marketing Specialist

This role is focused on the end-to-end execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will play a key part in building, deploying, and refining email programs that support lifecycle marketing, product launches, and engagement initiatives. Working closely with creative, content, and marketing operations teams, you will ensure campaigns are accurately segmented, properly tested, and delivered on time. The role places strong emphasis on performance analysis, helping translate campaign metrics into actionable insights that improve engagement and conversion. You will also contribute to continuous optimization efforts through A/B testing, audience refinement, and workflow improvements. The position is initially offered as a temp-to-perm opportunity based on performance and business needs. Accountabilities

• Plan, build, and execute email campaigns including newsletters, lifecycle automations, and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring accurate targeting and timely delivery.
• Manage audience segmentation, campaign workflows, and end-to-end production schedules within email marketing platforms such as Eloqua.
• Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency across all email communications.
• Partner with content and design teams to develop and deploy engaging, brand-aligned email assets using project management tools like Wrike.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), and generate actionable insights for optimization.
• Support continuous testing and optimization initiatives, including subject lines, CTAs, layouts, and dynamic content strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing, campaign execution, or marketing operations, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or related industries.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices including segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally using project management tools such as Wrike or Asana.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Basic technical proficiency including working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting and Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides).
