This senior marketing leadership role is focused on driving customer engagement, retention, and expansion through data-driven lifecycle strategies and scalable revenue programs. You will own the full customer marketing ecosystem, including lifecycle email, ABM, webinars, and post-sale engagement initiatives that directly influence Net Revenue Retention and pipeline growth. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and customer success, ensuring seamless alignment across the entire customer journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will design and optimize programs that improve customer adoption, strengthen relationships, and unlock new revenue opportunities within existing accounts. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to execute measurable, repeatable, and scalable marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategic thinking and executional excellence combine to directly impact revenue performance and customer lifetime value. Accountabilities
- Own and evolve the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy, including onboarding, nurture, adoption, expansion, and renewal programs.
- Design and execute retention and expansion campaigns in partnership with sales and customer success teams.
- Develop and manage ABM programs, including account segmentation, personalized campaigns, and performance tracking.
- Lead the global webinar program, including topic strategy, speaker coordination, promotion, execution, and post-event nurturing.
- Oversee lifecycle email strategy, including segmentation, automation, personalization, and performance optimization.
- Build and scale customer advocacy programs, including references, testimonials, and engagement initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with demand generation, sales, and CS teams to align programs with revenue goals.
- Analyze program performance and continuously optimize based on engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue impact.
- Manage and mentor a direct report, with potential to scale a small team over time.
- Ensure strong reporting frameworks for email, ABM, webinars, and lifecycle programs tied to key business metrics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or revenue-focused marketing roles.
- Strong experience managing lifecycle programs across nurture, retention, and expansion stages.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems and sales pipeline management, with Salesforce experience required.
- Proven track record of building and scaling ABM programs in close partnership with sales teams.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience tying marketing programs to pipeline, retention, and revenue metrics.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members while remaining actively hands-on in execution.
- Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and marketing performance optimization.
- Experience running webinar programs at scale and managing multi-channel campaign execution.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
