Senior Growth Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (E-Commerce) who understands how strategy, creative, targeting, data and execution work together to drive commercial outcomes. A true performance operator.

You'll run paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) across a portfolio of ecommerce and FMCG clients - owning strategy, client relationships, and results. No constant oversight. No layers of approval. Just trusted, senior work.

You're who we're looking for if you

• Have 4+ years in performance marketing, agency side (in-house exposure a bonus)
• Have hands on experience running Meta, TikTok and Pinterest across $5k–$100k+/month budgets
• Can translate MER, CPA, CVR and AOV into clear commercial actions - not just reports
• Are a genuine people person who ditches the jargon and builds real client relationships
• Thrive across multiple clients at once - no two days the same suits you perfectly
• Are a self starter, motivated by autonomy
• Have deep ecommerce and/or FMCG experience (essential)

The details

• 12 month contract
• Remote (within Australia/NZ) - However, team is mostly Melbourne based
• 4 days/week
• Must have own laptop/computer and equipment required (Software and access will be provided)
