Volunteer Video Editor (AI + Social Media)

We’re a boutique PR/advertising agency. This role is pure post-production: editing and creating short-form social videos. No filming required.

Role:

Edit and produce high-impact clips for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using supplied assets and AI-generated media.

Responsibilities:

• Turn briefs into 15–60s edits with strong hooks
• Use AI tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.) to generate supplementary visuals/voice
• Add captions, kinetic text, overlays, basic motion graphics
• Create multiple variants for A/B testing
• Optimise formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and export-ready outputs
• Track trends and pitch reactive edits
• Maintain template/project library

Requirements:

• Portfolio of short-form edits
• Proficient in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Familiar with at least one AI video/image/voice tool
• Strong sense of pacing, retention, and platform best practices
• Fast, detail-focused, self-directed

Nice to have: basic colour, sound polish, After Effects or motion design.
