As a senior individual contributor, you'll drive pipeline by managing paid channels, SEO, and website optimization. You'll bridge the gap between creative execution and data-driven analysis to scale a product used by elite teams like Uber and Shopify. Location Remote, UK Why this role is remarkable

What You Will Do

  • Execute full-funnel paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads, managing everything from creative direction and copywriting to budget optimization and pipeline measurement.
  • Lead organic visibility through SEO and emerging GEO (AI search) strategies, collaborating with developers to implement technical improvements and content roadmaps.
  • Own the website as a growth asset, managing the conversion rate optimization roadmap and leveraging HubSpot to build attribution frameworks that connect investment to revenue.

The ideal candidate

  • 4-7 years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience with a proven track record of driving revenue through high-impact paid and organic campaigns.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and SEO, coupled with a commercially-minded approach to attribution and pipeline reporting.
  • Skilled copywriter and technical marketer who is comfortable using AI tools to accelerate workflows and has experience working with HubSpot or similar automation platforms.
