A healthcare-focused performance marketing agency is seeking a Marketing Copywriter to join its creative team. In this role, you'll create compelling, empathetic, and results-driven copy across various digital channels—helping educate, engage, and convert patients. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers to develop high-quality creative concepts and content across digital healthcare campaigns
- Write persuasive copy for campaign landing pages, social media (Facebook, Instagram), email marketing, SEO-optimized website content, and video scripts
- Translate campaign goals and KPIs into effective copy by working closely with account managers, analysts, and clients
- Research health conditions, treatments, and patient experiences to ensure content is accurate and informative
- Write copy that is clear, concise, brand-aligned, empathetic, and compliant with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
- Stay current with marketing trends and continuously bring new ideas to improve content and performance
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of marketing copywriting or related experience
- Agency experience preferred
- Strong grasp of digital marketing and best practices
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Familiarity with SEO for healthcare websites is a plus
- Experience with A/B testing and analyzing performance data is a plus
- Strong research and content synthesis skills
- Passion for healthcare and a desire to help improve patient outcomes
