An AI-focused human data platform is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with expertise in demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM). This individual contributor role will shape and execute campaigns targeting high-value AI developers and enterprise accounts, contributing directly to pipeline growth in a frontier tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ABM strategies targeting AI labs, enterprise clients, and fast-scaling startups.
• Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, outbound, events, and onsite.
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to refine strategic account targeting and segmentation.
• Coordinate lifecycle and field marketing efforts to create connected experiences.
• Use data platforms and campaign analytics to test, iterate, and optimize tactics.
• Communicate campaign performance and learnings weekly to internal stakeholders.
• Track and report on KPIs including MQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within AI, SaaS, or developer tools.
• Strong knowledge of paid media, outbound orchestration, and conversion optimization.
• Experience designing integrated, multi-touch ABM campaigns.
• Analytical thinker with comfort measuring campaign metrics and refining performance.
• Self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
• Excellent collaborator across functions including sales, content, and product marketing.
