We offer bespoke marine experiences, influencer-driven activations, and high-touch event charters. We're expanding our global presence and digital growth, starting with this key hire.

🎯 About the Role

We're looking for a Growth & Marketing Lead who can take full ownership of performance campaigns, influencer marketing, and content direction - all tailored to HNWIs, corporate clients, and premium travelers.

This is a remote-first role for a Romania-based marketer who blends execution with strategic thinking and thrives in a fast, high-performance luxury environment.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Run and optimize Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ad campaigns
• Manage weekly influencer collaborations (selection, outreach, coordination)
• Direct creative strategy for Instagram Reels & Stories (not editing, but briefing + production control)
• Work with freelance editors or local content assistants
• Target HNWIs, corporate event planners, and premium travel audiences
• Track performance KPIs and continuously improve campaign ROI
• Collaborate closely with the founder and sales team
• Propose and test new growth experiments across digital platforms

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or influencer-led growth
• Proven results in paid ads, A/B testing, and luxury/visual branding
• Fluent in English with strong communication and copywriting skills
• Deep understanding of premium/luxury brand tone and visual storytelling
• Experience managing influencer deals and coordinating creative assets
• Bonus: background in travel, yachting, events, or hospitality marketing

📍 Location & Setup

• Fully remote role
• Occasional Dubai travel (every 2–3 months) for alignment, content, and events
• 90-day trial period with defined KPIs

💰 Compensation

• Compensation starts from $2200/month and grows based on experience and proven results. Bonus structure available
