Job Title: Influencer Partnerships Executive (SDR)

We collaborate with a roster of top-performing content creators across all platforms, empowering them to turn their passion for content creation into successful careers. While our creators focus on producing exceptional content, we handle the business side, helping them monetize their work effectively.

Over the past two years, we’ve worked with top brands and creators, executing campaigns for industry leaders such as Holafly, MyHeritage, HelloFresh, Revolut UK, and more.

The Role

This is a junior-level role that requires limited experience, but a hunger to learn, adapt and build partnerships quickly.

Our influencer partnerships executives (SDRs) sit within our growth team of the business, comprised of individuals working on new business and client growth. We are looking for a proactive Influencer Partnerships Executive who has the vision and foresight to identify opportunities for new business within IRG Media and work closely with other members of the team to strategise, pitch and close creative partnerships between influencers and our existing or new clients.

We are looking for someone who has a hunger and drive to identify new influencer and brand opportunities. You will be responsible for sourcing cold leads (both influencers and brands) and taking them all the way through to new partnerships created. A hunger and drive for agency growth and prosperity is key.

You will be responsible for delivering a consistent stream of partnerships between creators and brands. Building relationships with creators and the key decision-makers within the brands will be essential.

Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Identifying and developing relevant leads within all relevant business sectors, but with a main focus on Wellness, Travel, Entertainment, Lifestyle, and Fintech, whilst hitting and growing a lead generation target. 

• Pitching influencers to brands who are interested buyers within any division of the agency: agency services, exclusive talent, influencer partnerships. 

• Setting discovery calls for partnership managers.

• Booking deals with new influencers that you discover and source for assigned brands within the IRG network, achieving a monthly booking KPI.

• Daily pitching of influencers to existing brands and new brands where they fit and can provide value - communicating via email, messenger and calls with brands.

• Identifying upsell/cross-sell/downsell opportunities between the three main streams of agency business, allowing business to be won in all areas and synergy to be created between departments.

• Negotiating pricing with brands and influencers to achieve the most mutually beneficial partnerships.

• Onboarding new influencers into our network and your pitching list.

• Following up and nurturing leads who have longer buying cycles.

• Working with the partnerships manager to ideate free value to provide prospective leads.

• Carrying out miscellaneous tasks with the IRG Media team

Requirements

• Knowledge of influencer marketing and the creator economy, preferably within gaming, esports and entertainment within the UK and US markets

• Knowledge of how brand partnerships and campaigns work on YouTube, Tiktok and Instagram

• 1+ years of experience in a sales/business development role within influencer marketing.

• Strong communication skills, you will be communicating frequently with top creators and brands

• A performance-driven mentality

• A proven track record of achieving sales targets for similar companies.

• A passion for all things creative, social media and digital marketing

• A passion for gaming, esports and entertainment

• A problem-solving attitude, eagerness to learn quickly and overperform

Nice to Have:

• Track record of bringing new ideas/projects to leads who don’t even know they need us yet

• Having your own database, network and contacts to leverage.

 Benefits

• Salary + Uncapped Commission + Annual Bonus. You are rewarded for driving results. Entry Level Role: £26,000 - £30,000/pa base DOE.

• Flexible working hours - must work core UK hours of 9:30-3:30 PM. Can be flexible for the remaining hours as long as hours and work is being done.
