We have an exciting opportunity for a French speaking Senior Marketing Manager to join on a fixed-term contract to lead our exciting brand activation plans in France this Summer. We are open to full-time or part-time applications and location can either be in France (remote) or the UK (remote or hybrid in London). Who we are: DASH is leading the healthy hydration revolution, infusing super tasty waters with real wonky fruit—bent, crushed, and misshapen fruit that supermarkets say no to. No sugar, no sweeteners, no worries. Since launching in 2017, DASH has become a £42m brand, growing at 42% year-on-year and operating as a Certified B Corp. We use our business as a force for good. In 2025, we will sell 35 million cans in 20+ international markets with retailers including Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado, M&S — and now, rapidly expanding in France through Carrefour, Auchan, Monoprix and Franprix, among others. We are entering a critical phase in France: strong retail distribution is already secured, and now we're building the cultural and brand momentum that will make DASH a household name. Job role: We're looking for a strategic, creative, self-starting Senior Marketing Manager to lead DASH's summer activation and brand-building efforts in France. This is a fixed-term role designed to accelerate our cultural relevance, shape our market presence, and execute high-impact marketing and celebrity-driven campaigns. You'll be responsible for bringing DASH to life in France across brand, advertising, partnerships, events, and influencer/celebrity endorsement initiatives. You don't need to be based in France — but you must be a native French speaker, culturally fluent, and passionate about French popular culture. You will report to the Head of Brand and collaborate closely with our brand, creative and commercial teams. Key Responsibilities Campaign Leadership & Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of DASH's French summer activation, ensuring strong cultural relevance and standout consumer visibility.
- Develop integrated brand campaigns across France, spanning out-of-home, social, experiential, retail, and partnerships.
Celebrity, Talent & Influencer Partnerships
- Identify, negotiate, and manage celebrity endorsement opportunities to amplify DASH's mission in France.
- Build relationships with French agencies, creators, and culturally relevant partners.
Advertising & Creative
- Shape the creative direction of French campaigns, ensuring they are elevated, distinct, and aligned with DASH's brand identity.
- Localise UK/Global creative assets for the French market — or lead bespoke French creative when needed.
- Write and brief agencies, manage timelines, and ensure seamless delivery.
Cultural Positioning & Brand Building
- Deeply understand the French cultural landscape, spotting opportunities for DASH to show up in unexpected, ownable ways.
- Adapt global brand strategy to fit local insights, behaviours, and trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with commercial teams to support retailer marketing, launches, and visibility.
- Partner with our creative, social and growth teams to ensure alignment across channels.
- Manage budgets, reporting, performance tracking, and post-campaign learnings.
Requirements Experience we are looking for:
- 5+ years' experience in brand marketing or consumer-facing advertising roles.
- A background in consumer goods (FMCG, beverage, lifestyle, or food & drink).
- Strong experience working on celebrity or talent-led campaigns.
- Proven ability to bring campaigns from idea to execution.
- Agency management experience across creative, production, or media.
- Ability to lead projects independently, with a startup-like bias for action.
- Native French speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for popular culture, trends, entertainment, creators, and cultural moments.
