Job Title: CRM Campaign Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CRM Campaign Manager to own and drive end-to-end CRM campaigns and the overall CRM function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM strategy, campaign execution, customer lifecycle marketing, and project management. This role requires a blend of technical CRM expertise, creative oversight, and stakeholder management to deliver high-impact customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end CRM campaigns from planning and segmentation through execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Own the overall CRM function, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Lead CRM projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies and optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights.
  • Translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions and campaign workflows.
  • Create, edit, and review campaign creatives, including email and other CRM marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with external creative agencies, providing clear creative briefs, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring high-quality campaign assets are delivered on time.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend continuous improvements to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Technology teams.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end CRM campaigns and owning the overall CRM function.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead CRM initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Deep understanding of CRM platforms, campaign workflows, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience creating or editing CRM campaign creatives and collaborating with creative agencies to review and refine marketing assets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise with Adobe Campaign Manager or Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) is preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on campaign performance, testing, and continuous optimization.
