π We're Hiring: Email Marketing Specialist β Full Ownership Role! βοΈ
You'll be the sole owner of email marketing at our company β full autonomy, full accountability, no red tape. This is a solo, end-to-end role: no team to delegate to, but full ownership of the channel from strategy to execution.
What you'll do: Own the email marketing strategy end-to-end β Plan, create, and manage the full lifecycle: abandoned cart, upsells, product updates, newsletters, and promotional campaigns. Drive revenue growth β Optimize email performance to increase conversions and revenue contribution. Write and create engaging emails β Strong copywriting is key; conversion-focused experience is a big plus. Manage technical setup β Handle platform configuration, automation flows, segmentation, and A/B testing independently. Analyze & optimize β Track performance, test improvements, and turn insights into action. Collaborate across teams β Work closely with product, marketing, and developers. Ability to move fast, execute campaigns smoothly, and familiarity with design tools are big advantages. Move fast & iterate β Quickly test new ideas, angles, and formats using AI and modern tools.
What we're looking for: 3β5+ years of experience owning email marketing end-to-end, ideally as the sole or lead person responsible for the channel (D2C, SaaS product experience is a plus). Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Omnisend, etc.), including technical setup and automation β you'll be configuring this yourself, not handing it off. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics. Excellent copywriting and editing skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage a full marketing channel without a team around you. Ownership mindset β you like being fully responsible for results, end to end.
