Your responsibilities:

  • Independent planning, setup, and strategic development of SEA campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, with a particular focus on the Swedish market
  • Localization and quality review of ad copy, landing pages, and organic content in Swedish-not just translation, but cultural and linguistic adaptation to the market
  • Responsibility for keyword strategy, ad copywriting, and ongoing refinement of the account structure at the account level
  • Design and management of retargeting (remarketing) and retention campaigns to reactivate existing customers in the Swedish market and other markets
  • Independent management of bidding strategy and budget allocation to achieve CPA, CPL, and FTD targets as well as retention KPIs, including cross-market forecasting
  • Strategic responsibility for Performance Max campaigns
  • Close coordination with local stakeholders, translators, and, where applicable, local partners to ensure market-appropriate communication in Sweden
  • Further development of Quality Score optimization and the establishment of structured A/B testing frameworks for ads and landing pages
  • Responsibility for reporting and performance analysis at the strategic level, including clear, actionable recommendations for management
  • Ongoing monitoring of regulatory requirements for gambling advertising in Sweden (including Spelinspektionen guidelines) and in other relevant markets
  • Close, cross-functional collaboration with creative, tracking, and content teams, as well as helping to shape the channel strategy for market expansion
  • Preferred: Support for the SEO strategy for market entry in Sweden: keyword research, content strategy, and technical SEO in Swedish
  • Preferred: Monitoring of organic visibility, technical SEO factors (crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals), and the competitive landscape in the Swedish market

Your profile:

  • Proficiency in Swedish at a native or business-level is required
  • Fluency in English is also required; knowledge of German is a plus but not required
  • At least 5 years of experience in SEA management (Google Ads, ideally supplemented by Bing Ads)
  • Proven experience independently managing large SEA budgets across multiple markets
  • Experience with market entry or campaign localization in Sweden or the Nordic region is a major plus
  • Experience in iGaming, gambling, or another highly regulated performance marketing environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with the specifics of the Swedish market (competitive landscape, search behavior, regulatory requirements such as gaming inspections) is a plus
  • Proficiency in working with KPIs such as CPA, CPL, cost per FTD, ROAS, and Quality Score, as well as their strategic interpretation
  • Extensive experience with tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
  • A structured, independent, and entrepreneurial approach to work
  • A plus: Solid SEO experience and familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Sistrix) are a plus but not required
