Jr. Social Media Strategist

InterLinc Mortgage is looking for a creative, organized, and service-driven Junior Social Media Strategist to help elevate our brand and expand our digital footprint. This role plays a vital part in building community, increasing brand awareness, and engaging audiences across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow corporate and branch social media channels
• Create and publish compelling content that aligns with brand voice and goals
• Collaborate on marketing strategies, campaign development, and content planning
• Monitor trends, engage with followers, and manage online reputation
• Analyze metrics and adjust strategies for performance and reach
• Assist in creating branded graphics, short-form videos, and platform-specific content
• Support the setup and compliance of new social media accounts across the company

What You Bring

• Experience managing social media accounts or campaigns is desired.
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Creative mindset with a basic understanding of design and branding
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools like Canva; Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus
• Ability to interpret analytics and adapt content strategy accordingly
• Positive energy, initiative, and a passion for digital storytelling

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in digital marketing
• Background in social media or digital marketing campaigns
• Mortgage industry experience is a plus

Nice-to-Haves

• Online graphic design experience (Canva)
• Experience with social media video editing (e.g., CapCut)
• Familiarity with the mortgage award nomination process
• Additional mortgage or real estate industry experience
