Position Title: Marketing Manager Department: Merchandising Location: Remote Reports To: Vice President of Merchandising Installation Made Easy ("IME") provides software and process management that enable retailers and contractors to offer installed home improvements to homeowners in a convenient, consistent, and affordable manner. IME senior management has over 100 years of retail management and home improvement industry experience. The Marketing Manager is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for leading IME's marketing program execution, creative production, digital platforms, and performance insights across retailer and partner programs. This role blends marketing leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional influence, with direct visibility to senior and executive leadership. This position is ideal for a confident, executive-ready marketing leader who can set direction, elevate standards, and ensure flawless execution across multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. Essential Functions:
- Own the strategic oversight and execution of IME's marketing programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and partner needs
- Lead and manage marketing team, setting priorities, performance expectations, and quality standards
- Establish scalable processes and best practices for creative production, digital marketing execution, and program launches
- Oversee the development and governance of all marketing assets, including websites, email campaigns, digital content, and in-store materials
- Provide executive-level guidance on branding, visual identity, and customer-facing communications
- Partner closely with Business Development, Operations, Product, and Compliance to ensure marketing programs are accurate, compliant, and launch-ready
- Direct ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing programs, including:
- Retailer websites and landing pages within Umbraco CMS
- Email campaigns and program communications within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Lead the setup and rollout of new marketing programs, including:
- Standing up new retailer websites and digital experiences
- Designing email strategies, matrices, and campaign frameworks
- Oversee digital marketing performance and analytics, including Google Analytics reporting and insight generation for leadership
- Ensure consistent documentation and asset libraries are maintained across all programs
- Serve as a senior point of contact for marketing-related requests, providing consultation, prioritization, and strategic recommendations
- Represent marketing initiatives confidently with senior and executive stakeholders
- Any other responsibilities as assigned
RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations
- Experience managing creative or marketing teams
- Demonstrated success leading complex marketing programs with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
- Strong business acumen and sound judgment in ambiguous or high-pressure situations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation capability
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously
- Self-directed and effective in a fully remote, always-on work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email campaign execution
- CMS experience (Umbraco strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of SEO, UX/UI best practices, and digital performance optimization
- Experience with motion graphics or advanced creative tools (e.g., After Effects)
- Background in copywriting or content strategy
- Experience supporting B2B2C, retail, or home improvement-related programs
