Position Title: Paid Media Network Associate

Location: Remote in the US - Must be able to work CST and EST time.

Duration: Full Time, Direct Hire |

Compensation: $95,000-$110,000/Year

About the Role

One of Insight Global's clients is looking for a strategic and collaborative remote Paid Media Network Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and is passionate about driving impactful advertising campaigns. You will play a key role in expanding our client's paid media presence, optimizing campaign performance, and enhancing the digital customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Influence and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to align on campaign goals and execution.
  • Strategic Planning: Identify and grow advertising placement opportunities across various paid media networks to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee third-party vendors to ensure timely and successful advertisement launches, maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and analytics to develop effective segmentation strategies that enhance targeting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, driving continued growth and engagement post-launch through iterative improvements.
  • Process Development: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the digital customer experience across paid media touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience managing external vendors or agencies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
