About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing & Advertising Expert Analyst to join our team remotely within the United States. In this senior role, you will lead and optimize our digital marketing strategies, including SEM/PPC campaigns, SEO initiatives, and digital advertising efforts across various platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, increasing qualified leads, and enhancing online visibility. You will serve as the go-to specialist for SEO/SEM, AI-driven marketing strategies, and analytics, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, and a passion for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends. Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- 5+ years of experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, SEM, PPC, and SEO
- 2+ years of experience with CRM marketing tools such as Salesforce or Marketo
- Preferred certifications include Google Analytics and Google AdWords
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and manage multiple projects under pressure
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Curious mindset with a continuous learning attitude
- Solid understanding of marketing campaign elements and brand guidelines
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEM/PPC, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns
- Utilize marketing tools such as SEMrush, Google Ads, Hotjar, and GA4 to analyze, monitor, and optimize campaign performance
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and manage paid campaigns to ensure first-page Google search placement and maximum ROI
- Lead digital advertising initiatives across digital publications, social platforms, and through SEO, AEO, and LLMs
- Target qualified leads to increase website traffic and conversion rates
- Manage and optimize the corporate website, ensuring best practices in content and metadata updates using WordPress
- Utilize analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Salesforce to identify traffic sources, customer pathways, and improve marketing performance
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and other departments to align strategies and achieve shared goals
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, including AI and large language model innovations, and develop strategies to incorporate these advancements into marketing efforts
- Create and communicate an overarching AI strategy to enhance marketing initiatives and overall digital presence
